PersonaAI is designed to be local-first, with optional sign-in for cloud sync and backup. We do not sell personal data, and we use third-party providers only where needed to operate the service.
- Local-first storage: profiles, goals, tasks, reflections, and preferences can remain on-device if you do not sign in.
- Optional cloud sync: signed-in users may sync data for backup and multi-device use.
- AI processing: relevant inputs may be sent to AI providers to generate profiles, tasks, reports, and coach responses.
- Product analytics: feature and reliability events may be recorded locally and synced when you are signed in.

1. Information We Process
Depending on your usage, we may process account identifiers, MBTI screenshots, generated profiles, goals, daily tasks, reflections, coach messages, growth reports, export requests, subscription entitlement status, and basic analytics or diagnostics events needed to operate the app.
2. Local Storage and Cloud Sync
If you do not sign in, your data may remain on your device. If you sign in, relevant data may be stored in our cloud systems to enable backup, account recovery, and cross-device access.
3. AI Processing
To generate personality profiles, task suggestions, reflections, growth reports, and AI Coach responses, we send the necessary prompts and user-provided content to AI service providers for processing. We use those requests to deliver product features, not to sell your personal data.
4. Analytics and Diagnostics
We may record analytics events such as onboarding completion, task actions, report usage, login actions, and subscription-related events to understand feature usage, improve product reliability, and investigate abuse or failures.
5. Third-Party Services
We may rely on third-party providers for authentication, cloud infrastructure, database hosting, analytics, AI inference, document export or sharing, and subscription billing. Payment card information is handled by the App Store or Google Play and is not stored directly by PersonaAI.
6. How We Use Data
We use data to provide the service, sync accounts, generate AI outputs, show progress history, process purchases, respond to support requests, improve system performance, and protect the service from abuse.
7. Retention and Security
We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access, export, correction, or deletion of your data where applicable. You may also choose not to sign in, although doing so may limit sync and account-based features.
9. Children and Sensitive Use Cases
PersonaAI is a self-reflection and productivity tool. It does not provide medical, psychiatric, legal, or emergency services. If you are below the age required in your region to consent independently, please use the service only with appropriate guardian permission.
