1. Nature of the Service
PersonaAI provides AI-assisted personality insights, task planning, reflections, reports, and coaching-style prompts for self-reflection and productivity. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, legal, financial, or emergency services.
2. Account and Eligibility
You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for maintaining access to your devices and sign-in methods. Some features require a signed-in account, a paid subscription, or both.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content and information you provide, such as screenshots, goals, reflections, and messages. By using the service, you authorize PersonaAI and its processors to host, process, sync, and analyze that content as needed to operate the product.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with system integrity, probe or reverse engineer protected components, abuse generation limits, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use the service to create harmful, deceptive, or abusive material.
5. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, subjective, or incorrect. You should independently review important suggestions and avoid relying on PersonaAI alone for decisions involving health, safety, employment, education, relationships, law, or finance.
6. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Refunds
Paid features may renew automatically unless canceled through the App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewals, and many refunds are handled by the relevant platform under its own policies. One-off digital purchases, if offered, are also subject to platform rules and availability.
7. Service Updates and Availability
We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features, pricing, usage limits, or supported regions over time. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access in every environment.
8. Termination
We may limit or suspend access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused, abused, or used in violation of these terms or applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PersonaAI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service.
